Direct TV Service
Posted on Monday, September 18 @ 21:20:58 (4 reads)
Announcements A reminder, we have Service for all Direct TV customers through Direct Plus. If you are having problems with your TV reception after Irma (or anytime) and are a Direct TV subscriber, call 1-800-897-9773.

One of our residents got a service call the next day for their damaged Direct TV dish. Service from Direct TV was estimated as a two week wait. This is part of what the recent assessment paid for.

Irma Update
Posted on Wednesday, September 13 @ 14:35:13 (10 reads)
News All in all, AYC has come through IRMA amazingly well. We have some trees down (with one in the pool). Our landscaping company is addressing this. Some shingles and flashing have come loose. The power to the fishing pier has been turned off waiting for repairs. (as of 9/13 there is no power at AYC). The predicted surge did not happen. Linda Tafel inspected the grounds several times during the night of the storm and water was only seen about 36 inches above the yacht basin seawall. But it didn't flood any units. Thanks so much to Linda, the only board member who was onsite during the storm.

I urge every owner to contact the person you have watching your condo to go inside and check for damage, especially leaks. There has been an outside walk-thru, but we cannot check every condo. This is an owner responsibility. The sooner we find out about any leaks, the less damage and cost there will be.

We will keep you updated as time passes.
