Voting Results of the Owners Annual Meeting
Posted on Thursday, March 16 @ 09:56:21 (40 reads)
Announcements If you missed our Annual Owner’s Meeting, Here is a short summary of it:

The vote for allowing the board to invade (borrow from) the reserves passed, therefore we will be able to pay the insurance bill of over $119,000 when it is due in April. Thank you.

All of the amendments to our rules and regulations failed.

Therefore, cargo vans and pickup trucks are not allowed on our property overnight by any owner or renter. Short term parking, with Board permission, is allowed in the overflow parking area at the end of the Boat Basin.

Second floor flooring must abide by our written rules that state no hard flooring except in the kitchen, bathrooms and hallways.

We will not be expanding the trash away across from building 81. All bulk trash still needs to be dropped in that area, no more bulk trash at the main dumpster site.
